Design & Construction: Takow Real Estate Complex
This landmark project stands as a prime example of AfriLink’s integrated “design-to-delivery” approach. We were entrusted by Takow Real Estate to transform a vision into a premier commercial and residential address, managing the entire process from initial concept to final handover.

Our team delivered a full suite of services, demonstrating our capability as a single-point solution provider:
Design-Build Expertise: Our in-house engineers and architects developed the initial concepts into detailed, actionable architectural and structural designs, ensuring aesthetic appeal and structural integrity.
Comprehensive Site Development: We managed all initial site preparation, including complex earthworks, grading, and the establishment of all essential underground utilities.
Engineering Management: Oversaw all civil, structural, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to the highest technical standards.
End-to-End Construction: Executed the construction of the complex with precision, focusing on quality materials, streamlined workflows, and rigorous project controls.

Timely Delivery: Successfully completed the complex on schedule (February 2022 – November 2023), demonstrating our commitment to reliable project timelines.
